Tai Chi For Fun

The class for the rest of us. In this class the focus is on getting loose... and I mean really loose.  "Wet Noodle" awards are given to those that have satisfactorily achieved the designated degree of relaxation.

In this class, the title says it all....relax, unwind and leave your worries behind...freedom from the stress of daily life using focused relaxation techniques that are "user friendly" and feel good, too. This class is relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

Key Benefits

  • A relaxed atmosphere...gentle music, soft lighting and focusing on "letting go" of the daily stress that builds up in the body and the mind.
  • An easily learned series of movements that combine creative visualization, beautiful imagery and gentle stretching. All geared to prepare the mind and body to recognizing where tension is stored and then release it.
  • ....and it feels great, too!
