The Tai Chi For Me™
Program
Read what people are saying...
| "Since I began Tai Chi, I
now feel more relaxed,
rooted,
centered, and
balanced during my everyday
routine as well as when I practice. I've become more aware of my
breathing and of using my muscles when I could just as easily let them
go. Sometimes I feel light and full of energy,
at others I feel routed yet empty. Sometimes all at once. Dean brings an
enthusiasm and understanding to the art of Tai Chi that you can't help
but bring home with you after you leave one of his classes." Zach

| The program is taught well in a good environment, good
personal time given to learn correct form. I appreciate the time taken
to explain the moves and the applications. The postures are described in
a manner that is easy to comprehend. It's all good...I
love this class.

| "I never thought I
would be able to reach the level of
relaxation that the "Tai Chi For Me"
program provided. As a graduate student, I am always under the stresses
and pressures of deadlines and projects. This program provided a
great
escape, both physically and mentally. My only complaint is that I wish
the class times were longer!" Kimberlee Kassel,

| "I have used some
techniques in my office (on campus) to
relax some tense shoulders while
grading midterm reports." W. H. Bill Drake, CMfg.E,

| "At the end of the first
class, the muscles in my shoulders & neck were much more
relaxed... they
were not the hard ropes that have been there. The class has made
me more aware of my muscles & how they are reacting. I will take classes
from Dean as long as I possibly can. " Alene Miller

| "I am watching your tape
and it is excellent… much better than the one I checked out from the
library by that well-known name- I have chronic back pain as a result
of two failed surgeries. I come home from your classes with
complete
relief, so I am truly a believer in Tai Chi, and more specifically in
the way you teach Tai Chi. I am looking forward to the next course and
in the mean time I will practice, practice, practice."

| "Tai Chi for Me classes
gave me an opportunity to focus seriously on Tai Chi as a middle-aged
woman, without having to feel like I was in warrior training. The
opportunity to get individual feedback instead of just watching a
videotape and hoping for the best was invaluable. Feedback was
consistent, high quality, precise and constructive -- something large
classes or videotapes alone can't provide. The handouts were
simple, but
effective, providing reminders of key moves between classes. The
optional videotape was quite useful in home practice after I had started
the lessons. Tai Chi is a detailed art form and I think you've found a really good combination of group involvement, personal feedback, and
take-home support tools. I look forward to continuing
my Tai Chi
development under your guidance.

strong
foundation in Qigong and Tai Chi Theory, which has giving me a better
understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine."
